Project Scope:

Casey Electrical Services (CES) is preparing for a major ground-up electrical project at Eastfield Mall in Springfield, MA, set to begin in 2025. This large-scale development will encompass over 250,000 square feet, providing comprehensive electrical infrastructure for new tenant spaces. The scope includes full power distribution, switchgear installation, lighting systems, and fire alarm integration to ensure a modern and energy-efficient retail environment.

In addition to the base building electrical work, CES will handle the full fit-outs for multiple tenants, including PetSmart, a bank, and a Skechers store, as they prepare to open their doors. Our expertise in large-scale commercial projects will ensure that each space is powered and designed to meet the unique electrical demands of national retail brands. The project is being led by Seppala Construction as the general contractor, with CES delivering high-quality electrical solutions tailored to both the structural and operational needs of the development.

Power Distribution & Switchgear:
